All UPAC funding requests must be submitted by their appropriate deadline date, pointed out to the requestor at the time of signing out their request.

All requests must be complete to be accepted for review.  After deadlines have lapsed, incomplete budgets may be turned down at the discretion of the Chair, and that request may not be resubmitted for funding. All required items within a request form must be complete (all line items applicable to the request form are filled out with all supporting documents attached).  The budget will be considered accepted once a UPAC affiliate signs in the budget request form. Equipment, Media, and Operational Expense Requests

All UPAC equipment, media, and operational requests must be submitted to OrgCentral by 11:59 pm on the final academic day of the fall semester. Exceptions apply only to newly recognized groups in the spring semester, who are eligible to request operational funding.

Program and Travel Requests

All UPAC program, U.S. travel, and international travel funding requests must be submitted at least 40 academic days prior to the start date of the program or travel experience. The PDF below lists the deadline dates for program and travel requests. Navigate to the day you plan to hold your program or depart on your trip using the first column, “Date of Event/Travel.” The date listed in the second column, “UPAC Submission Deadline” will give you the deadline for your budget submission, which is 40 academic days prior to your beginning date. If your event has a contract that will need to be turned in, you can use the third column to know when your contract will need to be completed by.
