Enhancing the student experience, one dollar at a time
The University Park Allocation Committee (UPAC), founded in 1996, consists of undergraduate and graduate students who share a common goal to enhance the student experience at University Park, and who dedicate their efforts towards judiciously allocating a portion of the student-initiated fee to recognized student organizations on campus. We aim to facilitate a welcoming environment that highlights the diverse background of our student body and embraces the many ideas and beliefs that shape the educational opportunities our University has to offer.
